Pretty stoked about this picture in the new issue of Concrete Mag, cause this is Jessy Ramirez the most stylish skateboarder right now in Montreal,
and cause i love that spot but its harder than it looks to pop a trick high enough to make it legit. and also street grab are not trendy, and really rare in magazines.

Earlier this month i went to a last minute road trip with the Axis boys to Toronto. I’m precising that was a last minute, cause it’s always the best trips.
our plan was no plan, i went there 9 years ago, and barely remember the streets (i’m getting old ahaha), and it was the first time for the rest of our team.
after scooting spots on the internet, (thanks a lot @wintercrimes ! ) we’ve spent a very nice 3 days on the road, doing urban camping at wallmart’s parking lot.
Thanks a lot the guys, it was hella fun, he have to do it again!

Last month i’ve been commissioned to an insane shooting on an island about a Web Serie produced by TV5 and directed by Koma Films, who’s coming up really soon.
the actors was great, and one of them, Olivier, asked me to use some of the pictures for his agency profile on Maxime Vanasse Agency. there you go buddy!

Contrary to Lemony Snicket, my life is a serie of fortunate events. That photo of Antony, was the day we’ve met for the first time.
i was with a friend try to shoot something, and looking for some cool spots, my friend asked me if it was ok if he could bring some friends, i’ve answered to that with an absolute yes. more people more fun! that my numero uno rule.
Antony was one of them that day,and i’ve noticed quickly how he was really comfortable on a board. when i pointed that straight ollie over a flatbar gap, i seen in his eyes that he was not really sure to make it, but he was tempted tho. After his friends was cherring him up and he gave a try.
Actually, it took more time to me to set my lights than time he needed to land it perfectly.
Antony living in Montreal since 2 years, and killing spots everywhere he goes, and i’m glad to be there that day. And i’m glad i made his first parution in a national mag.

Back in the time, during the summer 2013 when i got the chance to shoot the back to school campaign for Amnesia Shop.
it was during an intense hot summer day, with a really tight crew.
the pictures went on billboards, store’s display, flyers, catalogs and web.
i had also a feature in the catalogs about Diamond Suply Co. and The Hundreds

Amnesia gave me a nice present for Christmas this year, they’ve published my photos from their campaign on stores display, catalogue (printed on paper), buses and billboard.
the whole campaign was pretty everywhere in Montréal and around, pretty impressive to see it that big, Big Thanks to the tight Amnesia crew!
