Shooting.. Chien De Garde

I’m VERY (VERY!) pleased to introduce to you “Chien De Garde”, From director Sophie Dupuis, DOP Mathieu Laverdiere for Bravo Charlie Films. after a year and half in production, the movie hit the Quebec Theatre this week, ( the 9 march for Montreal area). If you have seen the many newspaper talked about it, Its time that to be aware about this story. It was a real privilege to be a part of it. I’ve been lucky that Sophie gave me Carte Blanche, and let me take the pictures of the whole thing.

Shooting.. Expo Spectrum

Thursday was the opening of the “Spectrum” expo, a skateboard show hosted by Art Lounge in the Mile end of Montreal. between some dance performing, good music and skateboard customized the show got a NYC feeling throught the night. more of 30 artists turned a blank skateboard to a piece of art, and some did some real beauty. The Art show is still up until the 31 may, go the their Facebook for more infos. and oh yeah I’ve got couple of pictures hanging around. Peace!

Shooting.. 2016 is gone!

Welcome 2017! wish you the best this new year with great expectation. lot of things happened during this year who kept me pretty busy (my last post was in may 2016), so instead to do multiple post, i’ve did a lil’ best of my last gigs during 2016 ( not everything tho, i have to keep very good stuff for later). Skateboard.. First sesh of 2016 at Projet45

For a change, here is a little video from our first skate sesh at Projet45, it was cold but worth it.

and no i don’t quit photography for switching back to video.

The quality is not great yet, i still have to remember who codec and resolution works…

surely the first one of a long serie.

Shooting.. Mud Rocker 2015

Last week end, was the second edition of Montreal Mud Rocker, created by Tribu Experientiel and pushed by Fido.

I’ve been really impressed by these badboys on 2 wheels, they won’t stop even when it’s raining hard. And it rained really hard during these two days.

They’ve kept the show pretty high (i mean really high). They were flyer all over the place!

Shooting.. Roxy RunSupYoga Montreal 2015

For the first time, Roxy came to Montreal for their pretty cool event called “Run Sup Yoga” its like a mini morning marathon for girls only.

the women were pretty tough, between the rain and the cold, they’ve pretty much killed it!

Shooting.. Jackalope Fest 2015

This edition of Jackalope Fest created by Tribu, and pushed by Fido has been under pressure this year, Mother nature has decided make it rain straight during the weekend.

The crew worked his ass off to maintain the event, the people was staying even in the rain, they were here to see the show. And its must goes on.

That Nassim Lacchab from Morroco, was the best example, even under the rain, he was unable to stop skating, till he landed his tricks on the 9 stairs.. and it’s exactly what he did. The crowed was on fire at this point. Cause everybody knows the danger factor to skate under the rain, even if you never step a foot on a board.

On the other side the 13years old and less contest was off the hook, the kids went technical this year, with a good flow. Cayde McInStray (the winner) was the best example, there is definitely future pro matter here.

So much good time again like each year, and so many stories to tell, but its photo blog, not a writer blog.
