Thursday was the opening of the “Spectrum” expo, a skateboard show hosted by Art Lounge in the Mile end of Montreal. between some dance performing, good music and skateboard customized the show got a NYC feeling throught the night. more of 30 artists turned a blank skateboard to a piece of art, and some did some real beauty. The Art show is still up until the 31 may, go the their Facebook for more infos. and oh yeah I’ve got couple of pictures hanging around. Peace!

For a change, here is a little video from our first skate sesh at Projet45, it was cold but worth it.
and no i don’t quit photography for switching back to video.
The quality is not great yet, i still have to remember who codec and resolution works…
surely the first one of a long serie.

When you’ve found your home, it is hard to be away, especially for these long canadian winter. We’re on half the way, and i miss Projet 45, all this good times with good people. we’re almost there!

Today was the Annual Graveyard sesh at Projet 45 for Halloween, Between BBQs and Booze we had some best trick and cool outfit contest.
It was a blast as usual! thanks to everybody who came!

When Vincent asked me to do some shot for his friend, Valery Blin ,who is starting a new fanzine in france. I was stoked, and accepted right away.
In this times of all digital, its important to keep the old fashion paper alive. With all this magazines who are dying one after one. Its scary to think
that people don’t buy magazine anymore, and prefer spending zillion of times behind a screen.
Long live to Rampage the new french Fanzine!

Sometimes some work is most important than other, be a skateboarder is not everyday an easy task, cause most of the society doesn’t understand skateboarding.
i guess it’s getting harder when you are Gay, Gabe Laduke helped so much the skateboarding scene in Montreal, without him so much kids would probably give up.
