Fresh nectarine and White Chocolate Cookie’s receipe<\/span><\/h2>\n

Makes about 15 cookies.<\/p>\n

Ingredients:<\/span><\/h3>\n

1 egg<\/p>\n

100g all-purpose flour
\n1\/2 teaspoon baking soda
\n1\/2 vanilla extract
\n40g white chocolate chips
\n1 cup finely diced fresh nectarines,
\n75g butter, at room temperature
\n50g granulated sugar
\n50g oatmeal<\/p>\n

ps : I added a handful of dried cranberries<\/p>\n

Directions :<\/strong><\/p>\n

Combine butter and sugar<\/p>\n

Combine remaining ingredients and add the pieces of nectarine last for not crushing them<\/p>\n

Cover and chill for 20 minutes.<\/p>\n

Preheat oven to 180*C.
\nMake small balls with a teaspoon on a sheet parchment.<\/p>\n

Leave at least an inch and a half around each cookie to allow for some spreading. Bake cookies for 10 minutes.<\/p>\n

Cookies should be golden at the edges but soft in the middle.<\/p>\n
